We offer a 24 hour service, 365 days per year.
Account customers welcome, 30 day account payable, subject to status.
Cheques accepted / BACS payment welcome. Card payments are also welcome, but are subject to a 3% surcharge to be added to the invoice.
Full, cleared, payment for non-account customers to be made 7 days prior to the journey date.
All fares - transfers quoted / accepted are plus car parking, toll charges, or any other charges incurred unless otherwise stated.
AYS Travel accepts no responsibility for any delays howsoever caused, nor any loss or damage to clients luggage or property, however our chauffeurs always endeavour to arrive on time, and to protect the clients property.
The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate the vehicle to working order.
We reserve the right to invoice a client for 100% of any minimum invoice within 12 hours or less notice given for a cancellation of a booking. 50% for a cancellation of 24 hours or less.
We may on occasions charge waiting time, a charge of 0.50p per minute after the first 15 minutes.
On occasions we may provide subcontracted vehicles.
We operate a no smoking policy while inside a vehicle.
